Acceptance of terms:

Gift Vouchers:
Use of this gift voucher can be redeemed at Red Cedar Garden and Property Care.
Expires with 3 years from date of issue (this will be displayed on the gift voucher).
Bookings must be made before the expiry date to be valid.
Can not be refunded or exchanged for cash, check or credit.
Redeemable only for services (and goods) not exceeding the remaining balance on this card.
Real Estate Vouchers (gifted):
Use of this gift voucher can be redeemed at Red Cedar Garden and Property Care.
Gift vouchers are for services only.

Services:
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and season/ weather.
Quoting and Pricing: All prices provided are estimates based on the scope of work discussed. Final pricing may vary depending on additional requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Red Cedar Garden and Property Care is registered for GST.
Payment terms: Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date. Please note that missed payments will trigger automated reminders, and services will be paused until the account is brought up to date. Payments outstanding after 30 days are subject to a monthly late fee of 1.5% of the overdue balance, plus an administrative fee.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee - this is at the discrepancy of Red Cedar. Red Cedar Garden and Property Care reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any cancellations made without adequate notice.
Client Responsibilities: The client must ensure clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles before the service. Including removal of pet excrement.
Liability: While we take the utmost care during our work, Red Cedar Garden and Property Care is not liable for any minor damage to property or unforeseen incidents beyond our control. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any sensitive areas or structures before the commencement of work. We will not take responsibility for pets. Red Cedar Garden and Property Care is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unforeseen site conditions or weather.
Guarantee of Work: We strive to provide high-quality work and guarantee satisfaction with our services. If you encounter any issues post-service, please contact us promptly to address your concerns.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
Changes to Terms: Red Cedar Garden and Property Care reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
